Top Management should do more investigation before taking the design of employee termination & permotion, some of the not deserving people getting permotion and deserving people working the same position. Management should consider on work performance basis not to buttering up people.

Compensation and growth is slow.The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have worked form 12 - 13 hrs. Managers donot value individuals unique strengths.

Most probably senior, middle and junior management now unprofessional peoples from other countries (Jordan, Egypt, Philippines, Pakistan and Syria) nowadays. These peoples only plus point is they are talking Arabic fluently. They are destroyed company culture and reputation nowdays.

I am at prime laundry under nfpc here in abu dhabi i am 10yrs in service as a presser mechanical but i am a boiler tech here. I am the one who terminated due to covid 19 i understand the situation but i cant understand why my garatuity they cant give fter a month they will terminated me since march 30,2020 my xertificate of termination i will recoeved so from that day until now they cant give my gratuity i dint have qork feom march?30, 2020 so until now i am dis appointed already for my situation here no work no pay no allowance o am here for waiting my gratuity to give ang waiting my flights back yo my land from the company i applied from the phils is nfpc company so i understand they have so manny xompanys here but pls help me here out of my company and pls kindly tell to the prime laundry that they give to me my gratuity Hoping for your consideration regarding my letter Thanks in advance and more sales in more ostumers From allan cartel
