Additionally, it seems that opportunities for promotion are limited, which can be discouraging for employees looking to grow within the company. Finally, the practice of only paying for time on duty, without considering the effort and dedication, feels a bit unfair. I hope you take these points into consideration for future improvements."

Nothing I like from this company they give less salary and more hours to work like 12 to 13 hrs duty and no over time specially rigboys they work 13 hrs morning 4:30 to evening 5:30 and no increment in salary also

Every thinks is perfect. There is nothing to describe dislike any thing. If u feel n work with your beautiful heart U never see n found any thing to dislike . Nct&h gives more then acceptance. Worst company I've ever seen you have to work like 15 hours with very low salary without over time pay not even single day off in 6 months.management is worst full of politics. Think twice before applying ncth. Food is good accomodation is good except that everything worst

I have been working in this Como since 3years but still my salary it’s not increase. Who are coming new to this company he have better then my salary. This was my company problem. And I’m studied degree. I have some qualifications. But they don’t allow to show my qualifications
