There is a lot of politics.salary is decent but career growth is not fast. Health insurance is not free service.

Salary offered is comparatively lesser than nominal pay scale in industry in all the levels. Work life is decent but there is no on-job training for freshers, they have to learn from seniors on their own. Only a very limited facilities provided for the employees.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest things.I loved that.I have working with the good team. they are supporting me very well.They will not push you to complete the job but they will get it done by very smooth way. I like the employee re-hire policy. more over my colleagues come from several cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Growth is decent. But Compensation is less. no working timings. no extra benefits. I do receive appreciation from Consultants and Clients. But they mostly go unnoticed during my yearly appraisals.
