...en no work load. No job security, you may be fired on short notice of 2-3 hiurs. Salary is paid 50 days late. They renege on every commitment made at time of appointment.

Nothing. Confused management, having short term goals. They depend on undergraduate top officials.

Dislikes

Medical insurance not available, safety is none of their concerns. Even they don't have ambulance in their premises. If my accident happens, employees are depended on others. Many loses limbs because of delays in treatment.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
