Likes

Not good for outsourcing employees one can feel discrimination here. Some high rank employees are having too much ego. Overall good for ncrtc regular staff but very painful for other outsourced staff.

Likes

Job security is there. But work culture is not good. Management wants that work shall be as fast as possible. Planning and design going side by side. Many time rework has been done.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Senior pressurising to junior. Pressuring to work on Saturday or Sunday. Leaves are not easy to take and no action is taken regarding COVID-19.
