...R, cunning people , they will just use you and throw you once their work finish. Salary is irregular , lot of deductions in salary, those are undefined you will never know why they deduct your salary and if you ask u will get irrelevant answer, it is actually hell place to work. No employee respect . Do not join this place.

Last 6 year I have work . It is good experience to mi .I am thankful to my sr. Manager whos promated skill in mine . And lot learn from Nci . I hav join nci in 2018 as waiter in temperary by kirpal sir agency and lot off experience from him and since 2021 I have join as a steawrd in nci pay roll

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics the mangement doesnt address our issues. Salary stucture is decenf but career growth is slow .there is a bond of 2 years before which ypu cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joining

I'd prefer a workplace with more stability and clear future so that I can focus on growing my career and producing great work rather always adjusting to organisational new changes and structures in the workplace.
