On time salary although less.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

No established system or procedure in company,same post different salary scales, foreman will be having higher salary than construction engineer. Company is good only for managers and not for workers or junior staff. No good camp or accomodation, no medical facilities in camp,no mess facilities. The condition busses provided is pathetic

Nothing to like in this company. Very wrost company. Don't go ever at any cost.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime.
