Appreciate their excellent methods and procedures to tackle covid19. Very less opportunity for the growth and rare salary hikes, but yes job security is top notch.

Dislikes

Nothing there to dislike as every company has its own positives and negative , but yes would like to give suggestion in procedures for promotions and opportunities to grow in company. Thats one area it has to be taken seriously in order to keep loyal nd hard working employees attached to company .

Since I have started working with NAS the first thing only I liked that is training,the training was excellent that I got from National Aviation Service. Working atmosphere is also good here but there is no scope in this company due to an increment

Dislikes

The one thing I dint like about it the smallest of smallest company gives bonus to their employees but NAS is not like that not even yearly increments.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Iam so happy that. There is a huge lounge. Everyone will be like that... Then company policies are good, they give good salaries... I can learn so many things from there....

Dislikes

I like to working there.. My ambition is to become a good staff in aviation industry, I will be prove it. Then I have some health issues, so I need a rest that time, I told my needs to company, they didn't accept and didn't give me a leave... I am dislike their action... So I was resign my job.
