Likes

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Freshers can learn engineering skills if they not learnt in their college education. No work pressure and good for research and development.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. There is no on job training for freshers, senior folks have to guide. Good only for freshers and permanent employees not for contract employees.

Likes

Teammates were very good in my Lab. One can develop one's skills to high level. Work environment was also very good. There was a good work-life balance in National Aerospace Laboratories.

I have completed 8 months learning activity is very good reasearch & development , CATIA v5 and i also with one national level project HAPS so many doubt clear for the aerospace research work.

As a Project Associate II ,I was working in Advanced composite division(ACD), where R & D activites for national projects were carried out, very good place to gain complete knowledge about composite technology from design to final finished product stage, the campus has very good atmosphere, food at affordable price, it is best place for a fresher to gain experience in aerospace domain.

As a Project Associate your job is temporary tenure based, depends on the project duration, you might get extension after the project gets over, security behaviours will be bad with the temporary job holders.
