The work culture is brilliant. Lots of opportunities to work with the growing technologies can be found. Individual work and efforts are recognised and appreciated.

Dislikes

The management needs to be transparent when it comes to making decisions. The pay-scale should also be revised as per latest IT firms regulations.

...work environment is good and friendly. Team mates are supportive and motivative. The initial salary is good but internal growth is not that significant. But when compared to other related companies in this same place, Nathcorp definitely has made a significant place.

The initial career start is good but the salary growth is quite slow. The management is not transparent. The appraisal is sometimes not according to the input given in a task.

At first, it was hard to figure out how the management and seniors behaved. But over time, everything changed so much that I can't say I liked anything there.

Likes and dislikes vary from person to person. There are many things that some may appreciate while others may not. However, there are certain aspects that have truly disappointed me.

Just keep working as a donkey without any benefit if you arr not a chaploose/tail trapper and have less interest in office politics.

Dislikes

1. Office politics 2. Almost no appraisal 3. No promotion as it is not a IT company rather family business like sweet shop 4. You will work as a donkey for whole year and all your credit taken by manager during appraisal 5. No work life balance have to be ready 24X7

Not much system and process in place as its growth phase.... Little bit Impact of laid-back culture of bihar....
