I think i like the experience that i have gotten in this company, in-depth domain knowledge and certainly the growth opportunities. Company is open to innovative ideas and really willing to adopt technology.

I have been the part of this organisation from last 4 years.. per me this company is best for skill and growth development. Managment is very supportive as they give value to your ideas..

Appraisel and benefits need to be revised. The employees who are part of this organisation from last several years getting less wages and benefits compared to those who joined d company recently.. Recruitment,training and auditing process not well designed.
