Dislikes

Treat Man like Machines , Very tough language use. Increments do after 2 years and increment means teat to only increase work not consider loyalty & devotion. 3 owners in office so different opinion so confusion in work what to do exactly. Many time work want to do on owners favour or on their Mood. Plant Manager have given only responsibility not any authority means only Titular & pieceworker. No job security and Partiality by Top Management.
