As a salary wise this company give high pay scale as surat wise and if you put some extra afford you got bonus also sometime. So my overall experience about narola is good and if you are fresher then this is the best company for you.

High work pressure and poor management is only bad quality of this company.

It's very friendly about their employees or some culture activities and work life balance.

They don't have transparent with there employee, inner political circle and company policy get updates as per requirement.

The HR here consider themselves the boss of the company. The policy are very biased towards management they make sure to exploit there employee in every way possible . The Manager and team leader are very toxic and non suppotive.

They are supporting in covid and always understand employees. They are providing wfh since long time and I like this company so much.

Dislikes

I dont find any dislike till now but I have heard about job security from people but I dont feel it if anybody work with good performance as expected

Narola gave me full freedom to express my thoughts and suggestions wherever applicable for all the projects I worked on. Great teammates and extremely coordinating.

Narola should look into getting certified in Cmm level.
