...are about the students or their future. For employees, it's a complete disaster. No salary benefits, no proper leave policy, and zero job security. They can fire you without any notice, and they treat employees with no respect. Office politics is everywhere, making it impossible to grow. On top of that, they engage in suspicious financial activities, secretly crediting large amounts into employee accounts for unknown reasons. If anything goes wrong, the employees will be the ones facing the consequences. Especially Chitti and Phani—they lack proper management skills and make the work environment even worse. Instead of supporting employees, they make things more difficult. If you care about your career and self-respect, avoid this company at all costs!

After counselling if students are came and the target is reached that satisfaction is good.thia is the only the good thing.

No salary benifit.no professional work culture.management worst behaviour with the staff.they terminated employees with out reason and with out intimation.

Good work environment and culture. doing a work with out any pressure .good salary hike and bonus

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. And not good for freshers because of there is no training for freshers.

No Job Security, Low Pay, More work hours, The commute and there is a lot of gossip. No one will tell you what is going on in the company, you have to ask the right person. Poor Management, Confusing hierarchy, Deadlines are ridiculous and disroganized.

Work timings are flexible but you need to work for 9hrs. Salary cuttings are not applicable.

Dislikes

I did not like the culture at work space. Employees are very narrow minded and organisation allows the structure of being narrow minded. The job security is not good. No encouragement from the top management on best performance and no inputs to keepup the spirit to perform well.
