Very bad Principal and Vice Principal, Teachers are less educated, Poor Salary, Toxic environment, No Job security. HO staffs are incompetent. Director of the company is characterless always try to abuse female employee if you do not agree to his indecent proposal.

No job security...they have kept teachers in unpaid leave...for 2 long years in this pandemic....excess pressure for giving admission on teachers......least incriment and no promotion at all....

Management politics are there.. I didn't get any offer letter or joining letter. They have taken me as a office co ordinator. But suddenly they changed my designation as a marketing person. I am currently in unpaid leave. I didn't get salary of May month. Though I worked on that month. I didn't get the incentive. It almost 1 month. In this situation I am not getting salary and not getting incentive. Whom should I complain about this??? No body is helping me.

...s and also tell us to bring new admission and threat us to terminate if we fail. The management harasses us by conducting useless meetings after school hours and there is no salary slab. South Indians are paid more than local employees.
