As a junior lecturer we learn a lot while clarifying students doubts correcting their mistakes etc. Apart from learning we can also have work-life balance as the college timings are fixed.

No job sureity..as no appointment orders.partiality towards only telugu people.tamil staffs were treated badly by the junior and senior college principal in Chennai branch. 9 hrs working daily.

It's very bad experiences with AGM and DGM, these people do not have well education. And management will keep a lot of pressure on teachers to getting admission by begging house to house these culture development well. All A. Is and AGM s have illegal affires with vice principals and in charges.so it's not correct work place for right persons.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
