Friendly environment and colleagues are good

Dislikes

They won't give the promised salary...they will food us in all other possible ways...they will give Promotion with over work loaded but they won't give salary...I am working without promotional salary for more than 6months

Narayana as an organisation it is really good

.... When i asked them no proper response was given by the principal as well as vp. Those who want a better career with better salary kindly don't narayana school. Work time is from 8.15 to 4.00 but evening time no assurance sometime i reach home at 6.30

They have put more than half of employees on Leave without pay. They committed to make me to resume the job after one month but they didn't call back. Management is not at all supportive and behavior with the employees is inappropriate.

Overall experience is very bad. Management is not at all supportive and behavior with employees is inappropriate. Appraisal takes lot of time. They gave LWP to more than half of employees in covid times.

Good place for Fresher if you really wanted to learn From your job. colleagues are extremely helpful & co-operative . If you teach well students will never skip your classes.

Dislikes

...:30 to 2:30 7/8 periods . then how that person will leave as early as possible!! *No bonus *New Joiniee will get higher post. but they will not upgrade your positions.. *Branded School means you will get world class facilities dont dare to think .. *Chairman is looking for only money.. They are not at all bothered about quality development of teachers & students.

Collegues are very supportive along with Barasat branch principal.

Dislikes

They don't maintain a proper salary scale for all teachers. Saturday is a full working day. Only 10-15 days holidays in summer vacation. Sometimes meetings are held on Sundays.
