Nothing to like other than curriculum and salary comes on time.

Unethical and Unprofessional Environment Full of gossip, politics, and job insecurity. Marks are manipulated by pressure from coordinators, and question papers are leaked. Management misguides parents with false promises and lacks proper school permissions. Staff aren’t even offered basic respect—no tea, no support. Not recommended for sincere educators. You can be fire any time any day

There are more learning opportunities as the primary focus is teaching and assessing students Gaining exposure to quality learning materials.

Dislikes

More working hours, which affects work-life balance. Less number of holidays and more number of working days per week (sometimes Sundays as well) Salary offered is less for freshers

Likes

New Teachers(freshers)can develop skills through work shops. Attending workshops showing one's own talent brings appraisal and promotion getting chances.

Dislikes

Work more, pay less like labourism. Work should be limited under working hours.But here,work at office,home and even sundays without holidays.Paid salaries are not worth to most of teachers.Some higher employees in school may play politics at local level that can't be known to the board members.Hence,Teachers becomes sufferers.

Collegues are very supportive along with Barasat branch principal.

Dislikes

They don't maintain a proper salary scale for all teachers. Saturday is a full working day. Only 10-15 days holidays in summer vacation. Sometimes meetings are held on Sundays.

Focus on subject. Narayana schools gives deep knowledge regarding subject.

Dislikes

Hectic working hours. Sometimes, you won't get time to have your lunch. Salary is bit low as compare to our work. They used to overburden new faculties.
