Shift timings are weird, there is no food facility in cafeteria & there must be 5 days working phones are not even if you are in marketing kindly address this issue.

Mobile not aloud, appraisal gets late, atleast 7-8 month late appraisal in December you will get. Average appraisal is 10-12%, facilities are very less for employees, no others activities except day before diwali

Mr Narendra Rana is solution orientad person, the best hod in company, he handle a lot of pressure DAILY, quality issue, internal and external complains, i was proud to work under him
