I dislike many corrupted superiors they don't have relevant experience & knowledge they are handling route and location. It effects many customers good feed back due to the failure of delivery and pick up on time.

resource shortages, management issues, a lack of training and inefficiencies in processes

I enjoyed the my previous organization NAQEL Express during my period i gain lots of knowledge about warehouse.

Dislikes

I did not like which was a Jeddah operation environment and culture there is lot of political with the manager and supervisors also.

Training and development work and my reporting Manager was very helpful.

Dislikes

Needs to improve, Dispatch TRUCK strick norm with before despatch and on Arrival container seal opening process. Both side process photo all angel and Videos.

Horrible working environment in Finance department. Head of the Finance department behaves like a psycho and doesn’t plan his work and put all his blames to his teammates in front of management.
