... for few employees, even if others are contributing in sucess/growth of comoany. Irratational salary structure. No HR policies, it is one man show that is MD of the comoany.

Likes

Festival celebrations and On time salary on 3-4 date of the month. Softwares are good. HR's are good and supportive.

Dislikes

Politics, For managers only they celebrate the days like Fun Friday, Saturday etc. not for other staff it feels bad. Production and quality working style. Upper quality management staff is non-cooperative and not that much capable to handle the team. Leave policies.

Other departments are good but micro department is shit due to 4 peoples. They p** in their pants during audits not even let analyst to go and have lunch whole day. Those 4 peoples do nothing just warm their bench no discipline and also harass worker like grab their collar etc etc worst department ever.
