... months. 6. They cancel "NATIONAL HOLIDAYS"!!! 7. No incentive or bonus scheme..you'll only get salary. 8. Unfortunately there isn't single reason that can keep employees in the company. I would recommend to join NANOVA CARE COAT only if you're fool or broke. Thank you.

There is nothing which I can say that is favourable for employees prospective. There is no office timing you have to start strictly around 9:30 in the morning and no timing in evening it can be 11:00pm. No reimbursement, lots of work pressure. VP of this company Mr. Jaideep is an idiot. He only know how to create pressure to his juniors.

Dislikes

It doesn't matter whether you are experience or not you will be responsible for whole new market without proper training. Even the product which they manufactures is full of complaints and generally not accepted by OEM's. Then they bribe to the senior positions for product approval. There is a office in Mumbai but no office in other region like Chennai, Delhi etc. Its totally a field job. You will never get the full- reimbursement. In short, this is a company which ruins the people career and mind.
