Everything is worst...;Bad management, politics level is high. Management know nothing but their interference is high. They can't tolerate the write things. They play a blame game a lot. Worst place, worst management, worst culture, worst environment.

Company not giving to much SALES pressure..but growth and work satisfaction..is missing.

Management is very casual in approach.. monthly expenses not getting regularly..4-5 month delay..no transparency..lots of false commitment to customer..

Good Infrastructure , canteen with good food, bus facility, paid leaves, little bit flexible timing, no overtime work, supportive HRs and no work pressure.

Dislikes

They hired me during audit time .Gives only pending work of others. After that they gave me only lower level & out of Job profile work in order to harass me, demotivate me and making me inefficient so that I would resign. Over the period of time they have successfully developed this kind of policy of use & through specially in Accounts & Finance department .

If you are working in H.O fixed time job, canteen facilities etc. For branch office depends on the mood of bosses of respective branch.

Dislikes
