Nanjgel Solutions Private Limited is a fraud organisation in all aspects such as Salary, Promotion, Team Bonding, Increment, Hiring, & Task as well. There is no Career growth in Nanjgel Solutions Private Limited. Sales Director himself handles everything they don't even have HR, ACCOUNT MANAGER, etc. They don't provide you Salary slip or hike letter you have to ask him for it then too there is no guarantee that he will provide the same. There is no India / Mumbai Office for Nanjgel Solutions Private Limited. If anyone joins Nanjgel Solutions Private Limited after reading this review. My Friend, All the best to your Physical, Mental, Emotional Health as well as Financial Wealth. Join at your Own Risk.

I had the best colleagues who would chip in their inputs which was very helpful.

I was getting paid 10k every month. The salary was very less and was never paid on time. Besides we were treated very badly. The manager was so bad that he would tell the office maid to dip the tea bags just twice in each of our cups and put the used tea bags back in the fridge. He never communicated well and would always blame us for anything that the big boss did'nt like. There was no training of any sort. I did'nt learn a single skill working there. Even when after I got tired and absconded the manager threatened me of consequences. He wanted to sue a person who had earned just Rs.30,000 in three months and had saved nothing because of travelling expenses.
