pay would sometimes be wrong and you always had to chase this up. Management was poor. Works you like dogs. No consideration for your emotions or problems. Has this family culture but only so they can guilt you to work more.

Compensation is decen but growth is slow. The work preddure is very hig.Sometime I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a dau as I have to attend client calls in the evining and somtimes late into the night.

some teammates were so good and friendly, training was awesome company is so good and i loved working with nandos the best part is i get to serve international celibrities. i have no complaints about company.

Some senior teammates were not good and helpful they discriminate with new hired employees they behaved like illiterate goons.thats make me to leave the company. nandos is one of my fav company where i have worked. i wanted to achieve success by serving the company with my best efforts but couldn't.

If you are a fresher in the hotel industry then Nando's is the best place for you to learn the basics of this field on an international level. You can learn a lot from Nando's. But in case of income and satisfaction I'll not recommend this place as there are no incentives and other bonuses for the employees. Moreover, the company uses COVID 19 as a shield to refuse employees from providing facilities they provided before the outbreak .

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
