There is minimal interference from the management, allowing you to take full ownership of your responsibilities. The company fosters both personal & professional growth, and there is a complete collaborative & supportive environment amongst the collogue making it an excellent place to thrive.

There is nothing to be disliked, But one of the challenge that is faced by me is due to the high level of autonomy, there are many a times where you need to take more initiative & for that there are collogues here for the guidance & inspiration.
