Monthly on time salary, working hours are good, company work system and management is good, work culture is good.

Dislikes

Work valuation is not good of staff. Work feedback of staff is not reachable to higher management that's the reason behind staff not getting addressed if he done good job .

Less politics. I am working with Technical Director, who is a very technocrat person and working with him is surely a great experience for me.

Dislikes

Not much added benifits apart from yearly bonus and medi claim. The senior level staff have a laid back attitude which often leads to delay in whatever task your need to get done from them.

By the way, Nanded city company is good and I didn't get to learn much there but But there's a lot to learn there I got work nice experience

Nanded city development and construction com. Ldt. The company's MD has given the office of Camp area to this madam and she tortures and abuses all the employees and all the old employees are afraid of her, but she has also complained to her.No one does it because employees don't think they'll lose their jobs. The lady there is very bad, the office environment is bad because of her. She shouts at all the seniors and insults them a lot because she has to report all the work and because there is no collection, she shouts at the employees a lot. The employees literally cry because of this constant insult and violence. Harassment is done to employees. Even though they work long hours here, employees do not get extra money from the company. She targets and harasses new joiners, mentally harasses them, no one stays here for long, there are only old employees here, also harassed me like this, so I I left the company because of this madam and there is no HR here. Their office is in the camp area. Another branch is in another branch. All this is done.

After working honestly in the same company for a period of 10 years and getting an engineer from the supervisor only till the day he leaves the company if you pay salary him only Rs.18000 then what is the use of that company I felt bad when leaving the job that I did not get any reward for working honestly...🙏
