Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. The best thing about the company is its coffee machine and nothing more. they have a 10& deduction on CTC policy jo ke agr aapne ne chor diya yaa apko nikal diya toh lene mai bahut dikkat aayegi bahut mushkil karte hai business head ke toh paise kha hee gaye the. agr apne khud ke health ke leaves maangi toh yeh aise bhadak jayenge ke aapne zameen maang li inki. yeh chahe kuch bhe bole sare rules khud hee todte hai retail staff ka khoon chooste hai head office ke staff ko torture karte hai . bhagwan karre yeh company band ho jaye lekin uske liye anuj mundhda kafi hai

...he has no idea what is happening in this company. second person is gunjan jain-. agr aapke kuch paise atke hai toh madam call nhi uthayengi aapki salary mai kuch galat deduction hua toh sahi nhi karnege aur phir aap end mai pareshan hoke job chor doge . aapke khilaf grey politics karegi. koi khush nhi hai iss se sab peeth peeche gali hee dete hai. 3rd person is manisha kumawat- bhagwan ise kuch nhi aata bas chilaati rehti hai lekin itni dikkat nhi hai . 4th taniya - worst person you can talk to . nihayati batameez

Not an organised company, no proper paperwork, no incentives, term and conditions are revealed after months of joining with biased conditions. And during the time of sale designing team has to do packaging and scanning barcodes.
