No work life balance, poor salary. No holidays on Saturday, Sunday and month ending if you take holidays on these days then you will get double deduction in salary. Bad incentives that too get deducted as especially for (Unit doctors).

...ery late at night like 10 pm and we have to attend it after 10 hours of working. -They cut the salary a lot, sometimes withheld incentives for no apparent reasons. -Frequent changes in the rules and regulations. - No work life balance. AT ALL. - only 4 week offs a month. No paid casual leaves or sick leaves - Has to ask to 3-4 people for the weekoffs too... - Bad politics in some branches.

We get attached with Patients and staff we will enjoy Your Day by hating this homeopathy Company and the higher key are very shellfish rude people and there is Ntg to be liked about this bloody beach company 🖕

There are lots of things Bed environment etc and Especially higher key are very rude shellfish and Beach people are there and this Company only teach about how to handle with Patients and Cooldown them and this Beach homeopathy Not give proper salary and get detect the amount and not Give properly incentive also and there is a lots of politics and the management doesn't address our issues and there is not good for career growth very bad environment..

Worst branch in belgaum...worst manager poornima she is heartless lady .agar o branch me rahengi to o brach kbi b age nhi aayenga or na o kbi costume service ke liye kisi ko aane dengi bcz o khud paise kamana chahti hai dusro ko change hi dena nhi chahti chahye to jake ke record check kar skte hai kitne aaye kitne gye Bcz manager is not good..chnage kro manager ko belgaum ke branch ke

As an employee, there are only certain things I like in Namma Homeopathy they will not loose any employee even though he or she can't reach there expectations they will change there department and give them chance to improve themselves,,all the work here involved in lot of pressure and you do get mentally stressed because you have to work for literally 10 hrs a day. Also, you will get very good incentives if your lucky enough you will get incentives and target bonus more then your basic salary .Overall it wasn't good experience though I do recommend this job for fresher because they will learn all the things here handling of pressure , politics etc,, colleagues will be friendly and supportive for new joiner until your useful for them.

I worked in both department which are Coustmer care and Service Executive . The pressure in Tele Calling ( Coustmer care) is high and you have deal with all the scolding from the TL and others if not reaching the given target which are impossible to reach at some extent and work life balance is terrible here because you have to work on weekends they won't give week off on weekends they I'll deducted two days salary if you take leave on weekends basically you have to work all 7 days in a week they won't provide week offs easily. Service Executive role also wil be having pressure but the Central Head of service executive is very understanding and talk with employee and help them ,, he is very professional and knows the work culture .They won't provide you any appraisals. Also, they will provide training for fresher, in that period they won't provide any salary in training period may be a month or even extend . There won't be any growth here and politics are damn high because all the TL are basically relations of the people who runs the company . Join here, only if you no other options or need of money
