There is a lot of polics and the management doesn't address our issues Salary is decent but Career growth is slow There is a band of 2 years before which you cannot resign On the job training is not given to new joinees

I found almost nothing except at par compensation while working in this organisation.

- Poorest thing about the org is there is no job security - No work life balance as u have to involve in work even after taking leave - Culture is offensive all the time and if u belong to a well settled family/background then, u can't work here. - Literally zero at skills development.

As I am a part of procurement team so I am handling the procurement technical capex, import buying under visionary leader(AVP Project & Procurement).presently team is very good I have done a project for which awarded "best s Green project of the year."

There is demerit less pay scale in Kanpur office . Insurance policy also bad as per current time.

Kaam jada lete hai aur salary kaam dete hai . Koi officer koi bhi kaam nahi karte hai.hamara FNF ABHI TAAK PENDING HAI 2 MONTH HO GAYE HAI .AUR TO AUR APRIL KI SALARY BHI HOLD KAR DEYE HAI.JALD SE JALD PURA STATMENT SEND KARE .
