Company has useless management how are dependent on selected few. They so call selected few run the compass their private property. Making loss to company reputation and loss of money. I suggest to take good amount of consideration before joking this company. Decision making is given to foolish heads with very limited or less experience but take credit if all the good work of ground team. Management is blind yo see beyond them.
