Nothing. Worst management Head HR and QA manager

This company is fraud. The founder tells the company is profiatable in the email and he doent pay salaries on time. Head HR is doesnt know anything about the employee management and very unknowledge full. QA manager plays politics without doing work, no job security and hiring and firing.

Not much to learn.Training is very bad.No job security they will make u to work for half pay. I had a colleague by name ba....a she will make u hell out. many are from non commerce background. Sincere suggestion pls avoid.

Worst company ever seen, unable to pay for their employees, coming to the HR team - they are unfit for house keeping work also, HR team doesn't no how to mail or respond to the mail for their employees. Holded 3 months salary, worst management, worst HR team, coming to managers-assitant managers-& team leads they are just holding the buckets with HR team and with management and showing off infront of team that they are terror.

Namaste credit has been an organization which has always believed in meritocracy and fairness, Tejal is one of the most genuine and professional HR head that I have come across in my 5+ years of working with this organization. I have learned a lot from her and would continue to do so in future. It has been an absolute pleasure and delight to work with her.

The Human resource team at Namaste Credit has always created an environment where everyone feels welcomed and valued, the people who do not want to move up in life and work hard would always have problems with someone who pushes you to be better, I have grown a lot with this organization professionally and it has also made me a better person
