AVOID THIS ORGANISATION FOR YOUR OWN MENTAL WELL-BEING if you value your mental health,Think twice before joining this organisation Extreme Micro management Hardwork go unnoticed with no appreciation The principals leadership is questionable and she even use Cuss words against employees They pay you a pittance yet expected around the clock availability Policies are made and modified at their convenience Most importantly no Job security,They will terminate you all of sudden without any reason and prior information And recently I came to know that they were collecting blank cheques from employees to threat they if they want to leave the organization If you are looking for a healthy work environment STAY AWAY !!!!

Work environment Behaviour of management Unprofessional HR team comes up with new loss of pay rule every now and then Loss of pay almost for everything Taking 6-7 periods back to back is normal Teacher cant speak up for themselves.

They give good on the job training, if we perform well I get to teach the higher classes.

Dislikes

Too much work pressure, Too much politics, Less salary. If any meeting comes up,it goes on without having a break, People get frustrated at homes handling their school events.

I worked for Corporate Office for this institution for 7 years. But I have never observed any corporate culture. No value for employees. No career growth, Salaries are very less when compared to the work and increments are nominal. They treat employees as machines. They just use employees. No proper system of academics.

Really it's a great place to grow knowledge wise and also very helpful to sharp the technical skills, i enjoyed my work with my supportive team and management and every concerned person was very cooperative during my training period.

Except the heavy workload nothing is there to be disappointed
