My name is Harish Pawar for me NKOM company is next level superb company i had worked Document Controller (Operations Department) under supervision of Mr. Suman Ramesh Lead Document Controller and Project Manager Mr. Imran Khan they both are superb person also Mr. John Planning Lead, Mr. Abhishek Anand Planning Engineer, Mr. Subin Planning Engineer all staffs are very supportive awesome company awesome rules and regulations. i wish one more time i will get chance to work in NKOM.

Good supporting to others but Nakilat Discontinue my Employment. Now i am Bangladesh. Looking new opportunity.

Yes there is many employee from India & they supporting to own country employee. 15 years i have work Experience shipyard & Ship repairs workforce. I can challenge to others any Machinery workforce. But i can't take it Company Discontinued me.I request if give a chance again to work with NKOM.

Facilities and Infrastructure is good

Work-Life Balance is the worst. Work Ethics is absent and on top of that, you have to deal with politics irrespective of the department. 1 hr lunchtime + 2 hr travel time will not be considered duty hours.

In some fields tha management is not good otherwise NKOM is one of the best shipyard in the world
