Convenient office location.

Dislikes

Salary gets delayed for 2-3 Months. Bonus which is part of salary, management doesn't pay citing reason company is in crisis. Management goes for foreign trips twice a year. Don't deposit PF on timely basis. (PF enquiry keeps happening, ongoing case in court) Management are not on same page, difference of opinion. Increments happen only for selected favorites. Has not happened for 3 years.

...n, they are talk very unprofessionaly with seniors also in front of everyone.. No salary satisfaction. Salary issue from last 5 years.. No time to time salary and no increment for couple of years.. No work satisfaction Bcoz nothing to do new things. Totally builder oriented company. There is no so much work pressure but, If anyone has no financial issues then he /she can join this company but no work satisfaction. There is scope for getting knowledge about site construction, mep services due to supportive in house team... But architecture experience is very horrible due to director and team leaders. Its totally fair review and not based on any bios information or personal revenge but what i seen in my 2.5yers span is mentioned.
