Teammates are supportive, Even in pandemic Naico give us salary increment.since freshers need to start from very low salary. Amount of increment will vary, some times it will be good increment .and most of other times not that good .I think in long term everything will be beneficial

Very bad company culture that is mediocre in nature . Arrogant and and substandard indecent professional behaviour even from CTO. Except a few in the top management, rest in top management are substandard under qualified thug like toxic creatures . Found it deteriorating to work in such an environment as the culture cascades down as well to substandard leads and developers . Generally speaking it’s a screwed up organisation.
