This group is very good, so here working condition is very good

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Salary of workers & shift officer is very low, the food quality thatcompany provide for workers & staff is very poor

...ted is too good. Working environment, colleague, office staff all are very good. On Time salary, increment and promotion too. No work pressure. Tension free life in the company. All I know when I leave the company and joined another one. I miss the company too much.

... There nothing for chilling I'm your free time. It's just a very boring comoany. Even salary is very low and from that they cut salary in name of company loss.

Here the worst thing is that even a degree holder person treated like a worker. No respect for shift officers. NO cafeteria or gaming place for spend time. Just come from duty and lock yourself in a room that's the culture.
