...aff except me) ,so there i was working as a staff also.so it was a burden to me.and salary given was less.then on the top of thus, there s no job security.In between they had removed15 nursing staffs in the name of manpower rationalization.that also without giving time for searching another job.hospital management said them give 24hr resign,they forced them.somany people given resign because of the pressure from management.So this shows no job security. I had kept my resignation on 16/01/19 because of the mental torcher and works.you people can think my situation that how i was taking care of 3 dept and at the same time working as a staff nurse also.i have take classes in between.so just think the work pressure on me.the CNO also torcher like anything.she is made me to do most of the duties which has to be done by other people. There is no salary increment,bonus ,no vehicle facility even its a rural area,they are taking huge amount for mess fees,ie 4500 per month.so this all made me to resign. So I kept my resign on 16/01/19.but my HOD cancelled my resignation and later forced me to email regarding the cancellation of my resignation.because of her pressure and she said that she wont provide my documents if I resign and go.so I cancelled my resign through mail. because of increasing torcher I kept 7 days resign on 11/02/ 2019.but the HR DEPT said that they will not provide my February salary and my experience certificate.i got relieved by 19/02/19 but still by 21/02/19 they didn't gave my relieving and experience cert .it's my right to get my experience cert. And i have a good feedback in that hospital,I didn't done any malpractice or any problems during my working time.then also they are holding my experience certificate.dont join here
