Bijay mishra(DGM) a illiterate person in accounts dept, for his own benefit he's targeting his jr. staffs. Another terribly shit person is "indian-nigro raise" in IDT department. this person are doing there side business from nahar office like tour & travel and water purifier machine selling.

Salary always late, idiot boss always shouting on his staffs, miss managements by accounts managers. force for late sitting. No appraisal. No proper HR Communication, puppet HR's, humiliating work environment. No suggestion for join..

Worst life i worked for 4 months but literally i had seen the hell over there you Boss was terrible , the people working there lost there self-respect, boss had rajnignadha in his mouth every hile speakeing it would be spread on you, not a single hour of job security, HR has only power of Appointment, they self don't have job security over there I would sell wada paw rather than working in Nahar Group WORST

Nahar group company is a india top 10 textile industries in india and in this group is company culture, accommodation facility, job security,office staff behavior are too good.
