Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

There is nothing to like about this organisation. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY. The chairman and Vice Chair Person are worst. They are illiterate and do not respect their employees. The work culture is toxic and not at all professional.

... organisation ever. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY. They harras and torture employees. They might offer very high salary but do not join. They are offering high salary because no one is ready to join them. The salary is comes 20 to 25 days late. The chairman is illiterate and unprofessional and tortures employees for no reason. They do not respect any professional person as the chairman himself is completely unprofessional. Lot of people have left this company and when they leave, Nahar never pays them their full and final settlement amount. Check the internet to read more reviews about Nahar Group.

It would be good to be working in Nahar in earlier years but at present...the company management is not stable internally..

Dislikes

Company cut the salary on non power supply day... Doesn't give any medical insurance benefit... No medical expenditure benefit for staff members... If you met with any accident, this Nahar company will erase all your details from company... No salary increment for 2 consecutive years in COVID... No increment policy is used...all decisions are taken by randomly...by higher authorities... No proper take care and maintenance of machines...
