Bad company culture, less experience and below average employees who have joined before 2015 are given important roles which is leading to short sightedness and no long term vision. Self benefit weighs higher than overall company’s objective here

Nothing great about the company.

Dislikes

Management is not good and compensation is very less. very little to learn also. They will tell to work on saturdays and never give comp off also and if you take leave they will think its there leave is being taken.

Used to be great company to work for, supportive team mates good work culture from past 2 years it's all gone.

Dislikes

There are no solid HR policies, I can say HR doesn't exist, cost cutting, no WFH(went to ofc even during pandemic situation)

The Bangalore office has lesser number of employees so it's possible to understand what most teams are doing. The company is generally sympathetic to employees moving from one team to another. Technical On-the-job learning is also good.
