...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair, they give good salary hike and bonus every year and there is job security.

Work pressure is high which has hampered the work life balance.

Mid size ,growing company with excellent work culture. Salary on time. Good colleagues. Good client exposure even for fresher. Once you are in project ,you get lot of opportunities to learn. Most important part is, nagarro offer work from anywhere culture which gives flexibility to anyone to be with their loved ones with work life balance.

Dislikes

Project allocation system is not good. Very less onsite opportunities.

...k pressure as they commit to client more than they can do, to get the project. Some of HR polices need to improve like weekend working and all, also no other benefits than salary .(In WFH no Wi-fi , no furniture benefits)

...rom some projects is ever-increasing. Had to finally resign because of the same. They did not even process a month's salary for me. I left in november and got October salary in January next year. Did not get november salary at all.
