No opportunity to grow. If you are technical person you will not find much opportunities. Higher management are clueless, and do not have skills to negotiate with clients. I have seen people with technical designations are doing PMOs or pre-sales work. Health and Life insurance are low , they should have given higher security in those terms Leaves are very less.

Company is about the leaders and managers. If you get good team and the manager, company is good else we know what to do...

...iple rounds and course learnings to get promoted but it will be the dry one i.e. no hike on promotion. 2. No good hikes even on appraisal cycle after promotion. 3. Yearly appraisal percentage is lowered down than what was there 3 years ago.

Recently I have observed one issue related to salary increments which is around 4-6% of the CTC. Whereas the current inflation of country is around 7%.

Company on false pretext deducts your salary.. Company cannot be trusted neither for job security nor for good pay.. last 3 years salaries has been constant because of low raise, delayed appraisal, reduction in salaries for bonus components which is never paid.
