...een treated equally to my another colleague who has a pathetic technical skills. To cover her up always, my salary hikes, promotions, etc has been held. Please treat the employees with Equity rather than Equality. There are many good Technically skilled people in the team than her.

Office staff and factory staff handle with different management .new joining staffs small experience in our company but high salary, 5 years and more experience in this company staffs low salary.

There is no fixed policy and over politics and they believe and give more salary whoever not working in the company. They give less salary for good working people. Also they are not keeping good people in their company.
