Naffco is good compny and managmant also but salry is small

There is a not politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees. 80%good

- Here the salary & compensation is far below from industry/market standards. Salary/savings are same as Indian market while there is a huge difference in living cost & standard. - People referred by existing employees gets the job here in most of the cases. - They provide air tickets once in 2 year, while other companies provides better benefits in UAE.

1. Skilled team. 2. Large number employees. 3. Good reputed in market. 4. Salary on time. 5. Work culture is good.

Dislikes

1. Working time. 2. No Caring for Worker. 3. Worker leaving accommodation have in very out from the city. 4. Very strict policies if you get day off. 5. Many rules is there. which should be not.

The only reason for sewing is that this salary remains in exact time at a time.

Dislikes

And for some reason to dislike it, one of them comes at one o'clock that whatever benefit the company gives us to the labor, it does not reach to the level, the people above eat everything, the leftover reaches the level.

Dislikes

Don't expect salary compensation, as there isn't any reward system in proper place. Talent doesn't get recognized enough. Bias in job roles requiring same skill set.
