Good work environment and culture. Company policies good, appraisals are fair and they give good increments and Performance bonus and yearly bonus every year. They conduct yearly celebration of Republic Day and Independence Day. Specially conduct Founder's Day Celebration(In this day identify the 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 years employees and given completion awards). Yearly Festive Celebrations like Ganesh Chaturdi and Vijaya Dashami. Our plant Head C.V.Rajulu Sir also good motivator and extraordinar Subject person.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
