First HR is show rude behaving you hate why you think to join this company after reading all valid negative comments. Don't think to join this company as they only hair and fire mode base company. When work come they hired some senior engineer and with in 3 month fire them all

Most of the sr management is from Anz and only supports to the employees pulled from Anz. Work life balance is worst

Management is full of dumb people from anz. And few of the avp behave that they are the owner of the bank, those who can not even pull some formulas of excel. No growth

It’s really rubbish that they think only BGav can describe the real caliber of an employee I got interviewed with them so far in April 2024 after the rigorous followup I received an email regarding my selection in their co and I was about to join the co in June 2024 but they made me wait until the BGV done before that they didn’t make me join the organisation due to which I lost both the jobs because after receiving the offer letter from NAB I was quite satisfied and resigned from my last organisation but NAB also ditched me at last moment due to which I lost my 2 jobs at a time. Very pathetic people inhuman they are don’t even understand sentiments of people I will also raise a complain on them so that they will also get to know that normal people like us are not weak we can fight for us to take justice. Very ungrateful and pathetic people and company to work with.

Anyone who is keen to learn and understand cloud computing can sign up with Tech Academy and there is a specific program for women colleagues called SheBuilds Cloud program (by AWS). Similarly, individuals keen to learn about banking operations can register for CQiB, globally accredited certification by Finsia. People Leaders looking to upgrade their leadership skills can register for Distinctive Leadership. And many similar paid programs are available.
