Pathetic salary and leave policy , you have to work on weekends + fastuve holidays or even on national holidadys also ..no job securities .. most if the reference cases ar there who don't even deserve a 3rd Level job , no working or learning growth ..high level politics with fake commitment ... No respect if talent or honesty ...

No atmosphere for talented people .. only reference ,no skilled and old people Hired by vp and CEO ( relatives or frndz )

Naaptol is v nice company, v free and frank staff as well as working environment, salary is v good, good increment every year, everything is overall Good

I personally didn't like the cost cutting policy, n termination of 50% employees

They deduct your salary every where.if you come late 15 minutes they deduct half day salary.they deduct money for PF if employee come under esi. Deducted pf never given to you.
