Healthy compittayive working environment. All colleagues are supporting and focusing to target achievement. Management is support, motivates for innovation, research and training programs on recent technologies and tools developments.

Dislikes

I always like NBNSCOE. But I would like to work in more challenging environments to get exposure to skills and knowledge in data science and machine learning using python

One can grow and develop himself or herself along with the institute. Exposure to various functions and aspects in education sector.

Recently faced problems w.r.t salary but now the things are coming back to normal.

I retired in 2011 @ age 62. The management and staff had been good in MBA program. (worked for MBA Proram). But then some financial situations accounted a downfall due to family oriented controls. Prof. Navale is a remakable person with detsils of the institutions and its day to day operations. Students gradiating till 2011 benefitted. Later the students got into trouble due to staff loosing interest teaching and regular followups.

Dislikes

Family relatives with almost no knowledge in academic field took major decision making positions. Highly Educated and High Performance staff left the institute. The institution reached a payroll outgo to about 10 million per month. It was a termoil to balance it. And hence resulted in faulting regular pay to the teaching and nonteaching staff. Otherwise, It has been good.. it ca turn around its stature in the industry.
