I have joined in June 7th 2021 and they given me training on individual tax return which was very good and I learned new things

I just quit my job and my last month salary was about 6k as I joined as an contract employee... even after 3months they didn't make me as permanent employee so I had to drop down the papers.. In that contract employment I was deducted 3months TDS which they didn't do in that particular month. Atlast I got 2k as my salary I didn't expect this sort things from the concern. I was getting around 70k as my salary in my previous concern I lost my job due to COVID. I didn't have any choice rather than to join this company to run my family.

While I enjoy working at MyTaxFiler, one challenge I have experienced here is the night shift schedule. While I understand that it is necessary for certain client handling and needs, it can sometimes affects work life balance and productivity the following days. I believe offering additional support during night shifts could help serious impact. That said, I appreciate that the company provides opportunities to share feedback on such matters and I know improvements can always be made as we grow.

The option to work from home is a great benefit, as it allows us to save on commute time and maintain a work-life balance. The HR team is highly efficient and responsive, addressing any issues swiftly and ensuring that the work environment remains conducive and employee friendly.
